Description
The client is hiring an Educator for a kindergarten in Munich on an indefinite, permanent basis. The role can be part-time or full-time, with 20–40 working hours per week and working hours within opening hours. Responsibilities include supporting children in everyday life, planning creative educational and leisure activities, creating a nurturing environment, observing and documenting development, collaborating with parents and the team, and contributing to the kindergarten’s educational concept. Applicants need educator or special-needs-care training, or a degree in social work or special education; recognition is required if completed abroad. Very good German and good English skills, interest in attachment- and needs-based education, enjoyment of working with children, and a commitment to teamwork and responsibility are required. Compensation is by agreement, with above-tariff pay and attractive benefits.
