Permacon GmbH is hiring an Educator / Childcare Worker to support children in infant/toddler and/or preschool areas as a floater across different daycare centers in Hamburg. The role can be full-time or part-time, starts immediately, and involves caring for children, supporting their individual development, designing educational offers, and implementing each daycare center’s concept. Candidates need educator or childcare training or a comparable qualification, along with flexibility, openness, and motivation. Compensation is €2,800 to €4,200 per month, with a €300 signing bonus, holiday pay, a Christmas bonus, and a travel-cost subsidy.
