Mittelhof e.V. is hiring an Educator / Educational Specialist for Kita Kaiserstuhl in Berlin. The permanent position offers 30–35 hours per week and involves caring for children according to the BBP, developing the facility’s educational concept and pedagogical practice, contributing to quality management, shaping team culture, designing rooms, supporting parents, cooperating with youth welfare and specialist services, and participating in training.
