Description
The Educator supports up to 10 children aged 0 to 6 and their parents in a residential child and youth welfare crisis group in Berlin-Treptow-Köpenick. The role focuses on crisis intervention, assessment, child protection, family support, and 24-hour shift-based educational and leisure activities. Responsibilities include observing and assessing parent-child interactions, planning family activities, contributing to care planning, and coordinating with the Youth Welfare Office and other support institutions. Applicants need an educational qualification in education, social work, or social pedagogy, along with systemic thinking, community-based work, responsibility, and decision-making skills. The position is available immediately on full-time or part-time terms of at least 30 hours per week.
