Description
The part-time Educator/Individual Case Assistant will support children with disabilities in schools in Berlin and Spandau. Responsibilities include observing and documenting children, accompanying them during lessons, homework, lunch, excursions, holidays, and class trips, providing social-pedagogical support, coordinating with parents and the class team, participating in staff meetings and further training, and developing and preparing activities. The role requires a state-recognized educator qualification or comparable pedagogical qualification, team and communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work with primary-school-aged children.
