Description
Kita McNair is hiring a state-recognized educator or integration educator for 30–39.4 hours per week in a permanent part-time or full-time arrangement in Berlin. The role cares for and supports up to 130 children from two months until school entry across toddler, mixed-age, and preschool groups, while contributing to the center’s nature-education approach and team processes. Applicants need completed training as a state-recognized educator, with additional integration-specialist qualification desirable or further training available. The position offers a starting salary of €3,324.10–€3,840.63 for full-time work, along with holiday and Christmas pay, a BVG ticket subsidy, vacation and paid leave, a company pension scheme, and additional benefits.
