Permacon GmbH is hiring a full-time Educator (m/f/d) for its daycare center in Hamburg. The role manages daily routines and outdoor activities, collaborates with parents, documents children’s development, and supports children from infancy until shortly before school. Candidates need completed training as an Educator or Social Pedagogical Assistant, or a comparable qualification; infant-care or early-childhood experience is advantageous but not required. The position offers an open-ended contract, flexible hours, a monthly salary of €2,800–€4,200, a €300 start bonus, vacation, and other benefits.
