Permacon is hiring an Educator (m/f/d) for its day-care centers in Hamburg. The role supports children individually, acts as a role model and storyteller, develops educational activities, builds trusting relationships with children and parents, and cooperates with parents to understand their needs. Applicants need educator or social-pedagogical assistant training or comparable educational training; early-childhood experience is an advantage but career starters are welcome. The position offers a full-time or flexible schedule, an indefinite employment contract, a monthly salary of €2,800–€4,200, a €300 start bonus, vacation, and other benefits.
