Nachbarschaftsheim Schöneberg is hiring a part-time, fixed-term Educator for its Kita Vorbergstraße daycare center in Berlin. The role starts immediately and works 30–35 hours per week, initially covering maternity and parental leave, with possible permanent employment later. The educator may work in the toddlers’ group (approximately 1–3 years) or the preschool/elementary area (approximately 3 years until school entry). Responsibilities include accompanying children, answering questions, supporting play and development, advising parents, and collaborating with colleagues. The position requires completed training as a state-recognized educator, along with a friendly, respectful, empathetic, creative, and family-oriented approach.
