Description
The Educator / Social Educator will join the residential group team at the Bethanien Children’s and Youth Village in Bergisch Gladbach, supporting children aged 7 to 17 in their individual development. Responsibilities include planning daily activities, providing security and structure, preparing development reports and care plans, and collaborating with partners. The role is full-time, requires educator or comparable training, and offers shifts including weekends and public holidays.
