The Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie Foundation is hiring an Educator / Social Worker / Specialist Educational Support Worker / Childcare Educator for outpatient participation support in Friedrichsdorf. The role supports clients in their own apartments with daily living assistance, medical and shopping accompaniment, family and authority communication, leisure activities, and independent implementation of support plans. It requires a relevant social or educational qualification, experience working with people with intellectual, psychological, and physical disabilities, empathy, and a Class B driver’s license. The position offers permanent employment at 50–75% with a full-time salary range of 47,700€–60,650€ per year, training, pension provision, and a family budget.
