The role supports infants and preschool or elementary-age children through care, education, and promotion; develops daily routines and rituals; co-shapes schedules; works independently; and communicates with parents. Candidates need state-recognized educator training or a BA/MA in Social Work, while daycare experience is an advantage and career starters are welcome. The position offers full-time or part-time work, an indefinite contract, flexible hours, and a monthly salary of €2,800–€4,200.
