Description
The Evangelical Lutheran Childcare Centers Association of Göttingen–Münden is hiring an Educator / Special Needs Care Assistant for Kita Waake in full-time (39.0 hours per week) or part-time (32.5 hours per week) capacity. The role requires a state-recognized Educator degree or training as a Special Educator / Inclusion Specialist, knowledge of infant and toddler daycare and early childhood education, organizational skills, responsibility, empathy, family collaboration, and teamwork. The position offers TVöD-SuE compensation, vacation, paid December leave, regeneration days, and continuing education and training opportunities, and generally requires membership in a participating Christian church.
