Description
The role leads the Electrical/Electronic (EE) China Issue Resolution Team (CIRT) for MG3x components, coordinating field issue analysis, cross-functional root-cause investigations, corrective actions, documentation, KPIs, and reporting. It serves as the interface between China quality and engineering stakeholders and global German PF teams, while improving CIRT processes and transferring lessons learned to future projects. The position requires an engineering degree, at least three years of automotive or comparable experience, expertise in EE component development or quality, strong communication and problem-solving skills, English proficiency, computer competency, and regular travel.
