Description
Etched is hiring a Hardware System Engineer to lead board development for accelerator systems, collaborate with signal integrity, PCB, mechanical, ODM, and OEM teams, bring up baseboards and mezzanine cards, manage PCBA documentation, and define test plans and equipment. The role requires 5–10 years of experience in complex server or switch system design, extensive experience with 100G Ethernet, PCIe Gen5, I2C, SPI, and UART interfaces, familiarity with modern AI and datacenter architectures, and experience designing systems alongside silicon. The position is fully in-person in San Jose and includes competitive compensation and equity.
