Base is hiring an EE Lead to own the electrical architecture and technical direction for its energy storage systems, including inverters, battery management systems, and microgrid interconnect devices. The role covers product architecture, PCB design, embedded systems, power-converter validation, reliability testing, production testers, and complex system-level debugging, while leading and mentoring electrical engineers. Candidates need 10+ years of electrical system design experience, strong PCB and embedded-systems skills, familiarity with power-conversion control and communication protocols, and a track record of leading engineering teams.
