Description
The EE Manager will be based in Shenzhen and report to the EE Director. The role supports mechanical, electrical, and testing activities for product design in a new and rapidly growing division, including prototyping, fixture creation, product build and bring-up, testing, documentation, and release to manufacturing. The manager will work with cross-functional technical teams, develop robust solutions, manage design parameters and tradeoffs, coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, improve engineering processes, and monitor engineering KPIs. The position requires functional knowledge, education, or five years of working experience, along with expert knowledge of the function, technical and people-management skills, and customer relationship skills.
