Description
The Government Programs Supervisor will supervise and direct the Government Programs product and its delivery across multiple small locations or a single medium- or large-sized location. The role oversees recovery and bad-debt reduction, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local programs, trains staff and clients, monitors performance, and manages direct reports including Patient Advocates, EES Financial Counselors, and Leads. The position is based at North Central Baptist Hospital, works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, plus 3–5 years of healthcare finance or revenue-cycle experience, recent government-program experience, and supervisory experience.
