Micron is hiring an EFA Engineer to provide technical leadership and engineering ownership for Electrical Failure Analysis across new product introduction, qualification builds, and high-volume manufacturing. The role owns EFA investigations, lab readiness, tooling and kit definition, ATE and bench-data correlation, complex assembly-related failures, and technician coaching, while serving as the technical focal point across shifts and driving improvements to recurring SBL events. Candidates need an engineering degree, failure-analysis or manufacturing-troubleshooting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to support critical off-hour issues.
