The role develops high-performance C software for Elastic Fabric Adapter (EFA) and related open-source projects supporting machine learning and high-performance computing on AWS. Responsibilities include writing optimized code, designing APIs, supporting customer collectives and messaging, writing tests, and validating performance on large machine clusters. The position requires a bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, strong C programming skills, systems-programming knowledge, and experience with source control, code reviews, and build processes. It is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of 110,500 to 160,000 USD annually.
