Description
The Case Aide supports and supervises families, coaches parent-child visits, documents family engagement, assists with case planning and court documents, accompanies families to appointments, helps with public assistance and PATH processes, responds to crises, attends court and interdisciplinary meetings, and reports suspected child abuse or maltreatment. The role requires a high school diploma, background clearances and fingerprinting, communication and computer skills, a valid New York State driver license, and willingness to work extended or irregular hours and travel between agency sites.
