Description
CACI is hiring a full-time Effects Planner to develop and integrate effects-driven operational concepts, intelligence, collection requirements, targeting, and campaign plans for national security and irregular warfare missions. The role coordinates with interagency, allied, academic, industry, and Department of Defense stakeholders; assesses risks and second- and third-order effects; manages sensitive-operation reviews; and produces briefs and recommendations for senior decision makers. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least three years of sensitive-activities planning experience, five or more years of military planning experience, TS/SCI clearance, and experience briefing executive-level decision makers. The position requires up to 25% local travel and offers a proposed salary of $65,000 to $136,500.
