Description
NCS is hiring a technical leader to build, productise, and deploy AI-powered products and solutions for enterprise and public-sector clients. The role leads multidisciplinary engineering teams through problem framing, architecture, MVP or production delivery, and client adoption; develops reusable AI assets and technical playbooks; advises C-suite stakeholders; and mentors engineers. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least two years leading engineering teams of three or more, five or more years of AI or technical experience, strong Python, JavaScript, or similar engineering ability, and production experience with AI, machine learning, or generative AI systems. The role is based in Singapore and offers regional exposure across Asia Pacific.
