NCS is hiring a senior, client-facing Data Solution Architect to lead end-to-end data solution architecture for government and agency clients across cloud and hybrid environments. The role covers data ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, reporting, solution blueprints, integration patterns, governance, design assurance, and stakeholder sign-offs, with a focus on secure, scalable, compliant architectures aligned with IM8, AIAS, PDPA, and agency security standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT experience, strong data architecture and solution design expertise, hands-on knowledge of AWS/Azure GCC and related data platforms, public-sector delivery experience, and excellent communication and documentation skills.
