NCS is hiring a DevOps & Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automation playbooks, runbooks, and cookbooks for IT managed services. The role involves implementing automation in production environments, managing automation platforms, supporting troubleshooting and operational tasks, and improving service delivery efficiency. Required expertise includes Ansible, Python, Terraform, Chef, Groovy, PowerShell, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, Linux/Unix/Windows administration, database systems, and version control. The position requires 1–2 years of hands-on IaC development experience and a degree or diploma in computer science, IT, or a related field.
