NCS is hiring a Lead Project Manager to manage and implement large-scale IT and engineering projects. The role covers requirements analysis, project planning, risk and change management, schedule and budget control, resource and vendor management, customer communication, financial forecasting, and team leadership. Candidates need more than 10 years of IT or engineering project management experience, experience delivering client projects in provider or vendor environments, a degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent, and strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
