Description
NCS is hiring a Lead Developer to design, configure, develop, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow workforce-management and employee-services applications using HRSD and App Engine. The role combines business analysis, stakeholder engagement, user experience design, agile delivery, testing, deployment, security, quality governance, and production support, while also leading reusable UI/UX component engineering, design systems, technical reviews, developer coaching, and strategic engineering initiatives. Candidates need at least five years of relevant ServiceNow experience, including substantial HRSD and App Engine work, and must have strong hands-on experience with Service Portal, Employee Center, UI Builder, AngularJS, and reusable component architecture.
