NCS is hiring a Technical Architect (Platform Architect) to own the design, governance, security, compliance, and technical integrity of enterprise data platforms supporting Singapore Government digital services. The role covers cloud and hybrid platform architecture, AWS or Azure, data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Hadoop, security and accreditation requirements, platform migration and optimisation, and hands-on engineering guidance. Candidates should have 8–12+ years of experience in platform architecture, infrastructure engineering, or data engineering, with strong cloud, security, networking, IAM, and integration knowledge.
