Description
Torc is hiring a full-time Ego-Motion & Localization Engineer to develop and deploy production machine-learning models and software for autonomous-vehicle ego-motion estimation and localization. The role covers learned pose estimation, sensor extrinsic calibration, map matching, sensor fusion, training and evaluation workflows, state estimation, large-scale data analysis, verification and validation, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree with the specified years of experience, along with expertise in AV localization, PyTorch, C++, and Python. The position is available in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in a hybrid capacity, or remotely in the United States, with a US pay range of $177,300 to $212,800.
