Description
The eGroup Leadership Manager develops, coaches, recruits, and onboards eGroup leaders; facilitates group assignments; develops communication strategies across countries and time zones; and creates initiatives to grow eGroups on the online campus. The role requires active church participation, strong organization, relationship-building, customer service, leadership, communication, and travel flexibility. It follows a Monday–Thursday office schedule with Sunday worship support, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, counseling, and life insurance benefits.
