Description
Lam is hiring an Occupational Health Program Manager to establish and maintain occupational health programs, manage in-house clinics and first-aid services, conduct health risk assessments and surveillance, coordinate return-to-work and wellness activities, liaise with regulatory agencies, and manage occupational health budgets. The role requires a nursing, occupational health and safety management, or medical science qualification and 5 to 8 years of related experience managing in-house clinics in large manufacturing. Work arrangements include On-site Flex and Virtual Flex models.
