Boston Scientific is hiring an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to oversee and execute the site EH&S management system at its Arbor Lakes facility in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The role manages regulatory compliance, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification activities, risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency response, reporting, training, and EH&S program improvement while leading and developing EH&S professionals. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of EH&S experience in laboratory, R&D, manufacturing, or operations environments, with an onsite work model requiring at least four days per week at the facility.
