The Environmental Health and Safety Manager is responsible for OSHA, fire protection, environmental, hazardous-material, spill-response, PPE, incident-investigation, compliance-training, and loss-reduction activities across Stonhard’s manufacturing and warehousing facilities in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in safety management, environmental science, or a similar field, 3–5 years of related experience, and knowledge of OSHA, EPA, fire codes, and contractor safety. Compensation is estimated at $70,000–$80,000, with health, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
