Description
The EHR Analyst II performs moderate-complexity Epic build, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, workflow configuration, release validation, and Level 2 support for patient-facing digital technologies such as Epic MyChart, Bedside, Care Companion, Telehealth, and related platforms. The role works independently on small to medium-sized projects, gathers requirements with clinical and operational stakeholders, and maintains certification and change-management compliance. A bachelor's degree or four years of experience, plus 2–4 years of EHR analyst experience, is required.
