Salute is hiring an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support its Dutch operations and wider EMEA portfolio. The role is based in the Netherlands on a hybrid basis, with two onsite days per week near Schiphol airport, and requires fluent Dutch and English. Responsibilities include EHS compliance, risk assessments, incident investigation, data centre and high-risk activity inspections, permit-to-work and electrical safety support, training, emergency preparedness, and audits. The position requires an MVK qualification or active HVK study, NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma, 2–3 years of EHS advisory or officer experience, and regular travel across the EU.
