Primark is hiring a full-time permanent EHS & Operations Manager for its Southampton store. The role is responsible for fire safety, asbestos management, water systems, EHS audits, accident prevention, security and third-party contractor relationships, environmental initiatives, and leading a small team to drive operational excellence. Candidates need at least three years of management experience, ideally relevant EHS qualifications such as NEBOSH, strong hazard-spotting ability, and strong influencing and communication skills.
