H.B. Fuller is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to serve as a strategic advisor for plant operations. The role leads incident management and emergency response, process and dust hazard analysis, management of change, hazardous-area classification, PPE risk assessments, energy-control procedures, EHS audits, employee engagement, and regulatory representation. It requires an engineering or related degree, progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, advanced knowledge of MOC, PHA, incident management, emergency response, and regulatory compliance, plus professional Spanish and English skills.
