Description
The role serves as a strategic advisor to the EHS operation, leading continuous improvement, change management, emergency response, risk assessments, hazardous-area classification, management of change, PPE selection, audits, and regulatory representation. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or safety field, progressive manufacturing safety and industrial hygiene experience, advanced knowledge of MOC, PHA, and incident management, and professional proficiency in Spanish and English. Chemical, adhesives, process manufacturing, or high-risk industry experience, relevant certifications, cross-functional leadership, and contractor compliance experience are preferred.
