Arcadis is hiring an EHS Assurance Manager to provide independent client-side oversight of the General Contractor’s health, safety, and environmental performance across a major £10 billion hyperscale data centre campus in Northumberland, North East England. The role audits contractor EHS systems, verifies compliance with standards and statutory requirements, inspects high-risk construction activities, escalates critical risks, identifies trends, and produces weekly and monthly assurance reports for project leadership. It is an assurance and governance role rather than a construction delivery or site supervision role, requiring strong construction EHS experience, auditing capability, risk analysis, and the ability to challenge senior stakeholders.
