Description
The Head Start Childcare Partnership Assessment & Development Coach provides coaching, training, technical assistance, and ongoing assessments to teaching staff in partner childcare settings. The role supports classroom quality, child outcomes, evidence-based teaching strategies, and compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and state regulations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, at least three years of relevant experience, knowledge of assessment tools such as CLASS® or ECERS, and the ability to work with diverse families. The position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with onsite work and eligibility for remote work up to two days per week.
