Chubb Global Risk Advisors is hiring an Indoor Environmental Quality Consultant in the Baltimore/D.C. area to perform compliance inspections and environmental monitoring for asbestos, mold, lead, soil, water, air, waste, and other regulated or potentially hazardous materials. The role includes field sampling, instrument operation, data recording, subcontractor oversight, regulatory reporting, and preparation of compliance and analytical reports. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an environmental, health, engineering, or related scientific discipline, at least three years of technical or scientific experience, relevant asbestos and lead certifications, and the ability to obtain hazardous-waste and asbestos certifications. The position requires strenuous physical activity, some travel, and adherence to safety and ethical standards.
