Description
The EHS Coordinator reports to the Quality Manager and supports BEA’s safety, environmental, regulatory, emergency preparedness, and sustainability initiatives. The role covers hazard identification, risk assessments, inspections, audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, employee training, EHS recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, emergency drills, contractor safety, carbon-reduction reporting, and environmental-management-system development. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of EHS experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment, OSHA and EPA knowledge, audit and incident-investigation experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and English fluency.
