Description
Leads the facility’s Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) function for a manufacturing and warehouse site, ensuring compliance with safety, industrial hygiene, environmental, fire protection, OSHA, and cGMP requirements. The role develops and administers EHS policies, budgets, loss-control programs, emergency plans, training, regulatory relationships, and incident reporting; provides technical guidance on hazards, risk reduction, new processes, equipment, and cleanroom operations; and supervises and develops EHS staff. A bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of related experience, supervisory experience, and strong manufacturing or mechanical knowledge are required, while a master’s degree and CSP, CHMM, or CIH certification are preferred.
