Description
MP Materials is hiring an EHS Director to lead environmental, health, and safety strategy and programs across its Texas magnet operations, including the greenfield 10X facility in Northlake and the operating Independence facility in Fort Worth. The role builds and develops EHS teams, standardizes management systems, manages regulatory compliance and permitting, oversees process safety and combustible metal dust controls, leads emergency response and incident investigations, and embeds EHS requirements into facility design, construction, commissioning, and operation. The position requires a relevant technical degree, multi-site EHS leadership experience, expertise in OSHA and environmental regulations, and experience with PSM and RMP programs.
