Rittal North America is hiring an EHS Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs; conduct inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance activities; manage waste and environmental risks; provide safety training; and report EHS performance. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical field, OSHA 30-hour certification, at least three years of environmental sustainability experience, and strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Compensation starts at $90,000, with benefits available after the first month of employment.
