Drees & Sommer is seeking an experienced EHS/HSSE Project Manager to independently manage occupational safety and compliance for a complex semiconductor manufacturing project. The role covers EHS/HSSE guidelines, risk management, management systems, training, performance reporting, and collaboration with authorities, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The contractual home base is flexible throughout Germany, with work in an EU neighboring country to the west of Germany requiring 100% travel readiness; remote work is also offered. Candidates need construction, building services, or comparable occupational safety training, several years of large-scale industrial project experience, EPC/EPCM knowledge, and fluent German and English.
