Description
Burke is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Intern to support its safety, health, and environmental programs. Reporting to the EHS Leader, the intern will work with employees, supervisors, and Safety Committee members on hazard assessments, industrial hygiene sampling, OSHA compliance, safety training, lockout/tagout and forklift safety, environmental and ISO 14001 initiatives, and emergency preparedness. The role requires a student pursuing a relevant associate’s or bachelor’s degree, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
