Description
Kerry is hiring a Senior Health Safety Environment professional to strengthen its production facility team in Zwijndrecht. Reporting to the location manager and supported by the HSE Cluster Lead, the role develops and improves safety processes and safety culture, ensures compliance with local regulations and ISO 14001, manages KPIs and improvement plans, leads safety-culture transformation, coordinates training, conducts risk assessments, supports audits and emergency programs, leads HSE-related meetings, and serves as the site’s BHV head. The position requires a relevant engineering or environmental, health and safety qualification, progressive HSE experience, leadership experience, knowledge of Dutch HSE regulations, and ATEX knowledge. It is a full-time permanent role with a senior-level salary, annual bonus, pension, and 25 vacation days.
