Arc is hiring an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead and maintain safety programs across its manufacturing organization. The role covers regulatory compliance, safety initiatives, incident investigations, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, inspections, and workplace safety standards in a fast-moving startup environment. The position is based at Arc’s manufacturing facility in Los Angeles and offers a base salary of $135,000 to $160,000 annually, equity grants, bonuses, and full-time benefits.
