Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to lead the Sherman site’s EHS management system and comprehensive safety, environmental, industrial hygiene, process safety, emergency response, and regulatory compliance programs. The role oversees wastewater treatment, toxic gas monitoring, radiation and laser safety, contractor safety, incident investigations, training, audits, and the EHS team, while supporting TGMS expansion projects and corporate EHS initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of EHS management experience in a manufacturing or high-hazard industrial environment, and is 100% onsite at the Sherman facility.
